Day 5 Food Log

Small Rasberry Kiwi smoothie
Eggs scrambled with mushroom and peppers
Espresso with almond milk and stevia

Raw cashews
Dried mango
Pistachio cranberry agave bar


Salad with chicken, Carmelized onions and sweet pepper
EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar

Cinnamon glazed sweet potatoes

Guys, I got to work and this was happening. Time to brace myself for the hardest time of year and try not to harm myself or others in the process.
